Hails from the land of Nigeria . Pastor El oversees our prayer teams and teaches on the fundamentals of the Christian Life.
Pastor Melissa Jones
Worship Pastor/ Women's Ministry Director
Pastor Melissa not only Pastors and leads our worship team but she is also our women’s ministry director. With a heart for worship and fully in-tune with the Holy Spirit, Pastor Melissa leads by example for her team and the women of Fusion Lexington by cultivating them into a deeper walk with Jesus.
Jess Wilging
Outreach/ Recovery Director
Jess has a burning passion to see the lost saved and the saved set free. Her job is to create a culture of evangelism at Fusion, by lighting fires and equipping the saints to get outside the four walls and effectively share the Gospel through power and relational evangelism. After years of battling various addictions in her own strength, Jess now lives fully free and purposeful through the power of the Holy Spirit and daily Biblical disciplines. Because Jess has walked out victory over addiction, she is knowledgeable in how to disciple others out of strongholds and how to help friends and family members of the addicted. She is passionate to see others receive their freedom and wholeness on this side of eternity.

Care and Discipleship Pastor
Kids Pastor
Mike oversees discipleship of our adults and also helps Pastor Terry with caring for our Fusion members.
Chris has always had a heart for kids. His greatest desire/prayer is to help our children cultivate an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ, be grounded in the truths of God's Word, and fan into flame the gifts of the Spirit. Chris looks forward to partnering with Fusion parents and guardians as we love on and train up our kids in the ways of the Lord.
Kara Smith
Admin Assistant
Kara Smith is the Administrative Assistant here at Fusion. She takes care of people needs, event planning, and supports the Pastors as needed. She has been a member of Fusion since 2016 and looks forward to being a part of the expansion of God’s Kingdom through Fusion Ministries.
Doug Fox
Building and Grounds Director
Doug oversees the upkeep and condition of the building where Fusion church meets weekly.
